Thickness: 4-6 mm (fine grain FM version); Thickness: 9-12 mm (large grain FT version).

Long-lasting.

Required performances: 

Flooring completely resistant to strong thermal shocks, to the spreading of liquids at high temperatures and to a multitude of aggressive chemical agents such as inorganic acids, organic acids, alkalis, solvents, amines, etc. 

It is characterized by rapid installation and start-up: it can be walked on after 24 hours, trafficable with light traffic after 48 hours; after 7 days it is completely resistant to heavy traffic. Allows easy and deep cleaning.

Albicoat CL Pava

Epoxy resin formulation free from solvents, nonylphenols, aromatic amines and phthalates. The ALBICOAT PAVA CL formulation has been tested for more than ten years in different applications both in Italy and abroad (France, USA, Chile). 

It is suitable and certified for direct food contact and respects the organoleptic characteristics of food.

Required performances: 

Anti-dustiness, decontamination, non-slip, color homogeneity, flatness correction, impermeability, partial impermeability to oils and aggressive liquids, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, light impact resistance, resistance to light rubberized traffic, heavy wheeled traffic resistance.

Appearance: 

Glossy, bright, slight tendency to yellowing and chalking due to exposure to U.V. or with wear and aging. 

Prolonged contact with particularly aggressive chemical reagents can lead to a surface color change of the paint without, however, affecting the integrity of the coating in its thickness.  

Since the film is almost impermeable, bubbles, blisters and detachments can form in the presence of humidity. 

Intended use:

Application suitable for continuous surface coatings, easy to maintain for food and wine industry, tanks and silos, etc… .

Albi-Chem EN PAVA (R-55)

Two-component formulation based on epoxy-novolacs and particular amines, solvent-free with excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical resistance. 

Purpose of the intervention and intended use:

Thick film coating on cementitious surfaces, steel structures, solid and liquid containment tanks, even chemically aggressive.

Appearance: 

Coating with semi-glossy appearance and high hardening speed, such as to ensure the maturation of the chemical-physical characteristics in short periods.

Pavacoat P

Pavacoat P is a two-component neutral or pigmentable epoxy formulation, solvent-free, with good chemical and mechanical resistance and excellent bacteriostatic characteristics.

Compared to the E version, Pavacoat P is more chemical resistant and performing but is not certified for food contact.

Appearance: 

Glossy, bright; slight tendency to yellowing and chalking due to exposure to U.V. rays and with wear and aging. 

Fields of use and intended use:

Pavacoat P is used as a glossy thick film coating on vertical and horizontal cementitious surfaces, steel structures, liquid and solid containment tanks, even chemically aggressive.

Suitable in the case of the use of corrosive substances of an acid and / or basic nature as well as oils, gasolines and hydrocarbons. 

Prolonged contact with particularly aggressive chemical reagents can induce a surface color change of the color, without however affecting the integrity of the coating in its thickness.

Pavacoat E

Pavacoat E is a two-component neutral or pigmentable epoxy formula, free from solvents, with medium chemical and mechanical resistance and excellent bacteriostatic characteristics.

Easy to clean and sanitize, it is certified for non-direct food contact; moreover, it meets the requirements imposed by Legislative Decree 193/2007, H.A.C.C.P. and by EU Directive 2004/42/EG on V.O.C.

Appearance: 

Glossy, bright; slight tendency to yellowing and chalking on exposure to UV rays and with wear and aging.
