Self levelling resin (Pavafloor 3)

 

Purpose

Self levelling resin: Aesthetically prestigious flooring, dust-proof, suitable for medium-lightweight vehicles, waterproof to oils and liquids that are not particularly aggressive. 1-3 mm thick.

Description of cycle

Preparation of concrete support.
Application of an adhesion primer layer (2).
Subsequent application of a middle layer of bi-component compound (3) suitably loaded with quartz aggregates.
Laying of bi-component compound (4) with quartz aggregates added for a smooth, self-levelling synthetic pigmented mortar.

Solution 1: Standard cycle

1 Concrete (base)
2 Aggrappante Pava 100 - bi-component epoxy compound solvent free with high wetting power
3 Pavafondo - Smoothing epoxy bi-component compound for seeded floors to be saturated with suitable granulation aggregates
4 Autopava/E - epoxy bi-component compounds to produce synthetic self-levelling mortar with added quartziferous aggregates in the appropriate granulation curve

Solution 2: Water-borne cycle

1 Concrete (base)
2 Trico Bar Pava - adhesion primer for wet bases and for subsequent coating with cement and resin compounds
3 Pavafondo Hydro- epoxy bi-component compound in smoothing watery emulsion for floors to be saturated with suitable granulation aggregates
4 Autopava/W8 - epoxy bi-component compound in pigmented watery emulsion to produce synthetic self-levelling mortar with added quartziferous aggregates in a suitable granulation solvent free curve

Solution 3: BIO Cycle

1 Concrete (base)
2 Trico Bar Pava - adhesion primer for wet supports and for subsequent coating with cement and resinous compounds
3 Pavafondo Hydro- epoxy bi-component compound in smoothing watery emulsion for floors to be saturated with suitable granulation aggregates
4 Autopava BIO - self-spreading bi-component "BIOpolymeric" compound organic base obtained from renewable sources, pigmented, solvent free, average Pot-Life. Patent: MO2009A000302.

Solution 4: Conductive- ANTI-STATIC Cycle

1 Concrete (base)
2 Primer Pava Cond - epoxy bi-component compound blended with special conductive filler, conductive adhesion primer for subsequent coating with anti-static cycles
3 Insertion of copper strap
4 Autopava Cond - epoxy bi-component pigmented compound containing highly conductive filler to produce anti-static synthetic self-levelling mortar
