Polyurea spray


Poliurea Pava CF is a Polyurea spray obtained by polyaddition of a diisocyanate, aliphatic and / or aromatic with a diamine.
Structurally, it is characterized by the repetition of more molecular units of the type -RNH (CO) NHR'-, which obviously lead back to a structure correlated to bi-substituted urea.
The kinetics of the reaction between aliphatic or aromatic diisocyanate and diamine gives the system some advantages such as the high speed of the same.
This is especially important as regards the Polyurea spray applications in presence of very low temperatures and humidity. For this reason, the system has been very successful in North America and Northern Europe, and also in Italy.
Polyurea Pava CF is used with added pigments and also with substances with hydroxyl.
Polyurea spray Pava CF has been used for the last twenty years in the world market, due to its escellentl chemical, physical and mechanical performance as a waterproofing and protective coating of any kind of material, even with complex geometries, after proper support preparation and application of specific primer. Polyurea Pava CF is applied by spraying to a thickness of not less than 2 mm, with special airless pumps, bi-mixer type at high pressure (about 210 bar) and vaporized in warm temperature (about 50 ° -70 ° C).
